Professional History


Seni is the Founder and Managing Partner at Rincon, a firm that partners with global executives and business leaders to build high performance organizations through a focus on strategy, people, culture, and operational excellence. He is also the founder and community manager at Black Ops, a network of top Africans building great companies and cultures across the world.

He was previously an executive at Andela, a venture-backed startup where he held multiple roles as Director of Operations, Country Director, and later, Vice President of Global Operations. He grew global operations by 400% and led several organizations. This included talent supply, recruitment and growth, marketing, finance, people/HR, corporate travel, and country operations across Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Rwanda, and Egypt.

Under his leadership, Andela achieved several milestones, including emerging as the #1 Best place to work in Nigeria and Africa (as Country Director) and receiving the US secretary of state Award for Corporate Excellence.

Before Andela, Seni built a new business jet airline in Nigeria for Bristow Group in a record 12 months and ran sales, marketing and operations, delivering an industry-leading 98% on-time-departure record and the highest-rated service experience. His prior career spans roles at Bain & Company in Chicago and Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley.
